چکیده

Dissipation and transformation of cyantraniliprole, a new diamide class insecticides, were investigated under greenhouse conditions, using snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) as the model plant. cyantraniliprole in treated leaves was found to be dependent upon application methods (foliar spray versus soil drench) doses (high low dose), with parent insecticide being major residue at various sampling points. A high-dose foliar resulted pesticide 6.7–23.8 μg/g fresh weight over 8 weeks treatments, while drench treatment varied from 0.8 1.4 μg/g. However, contents similar between two dose. The pathways primarily intramolecular rearrangements, IN-J9Z38 metabolite across treatments. Several other metabolites also identified, some which unique methods. Out total 26 tentatively identified this study, 10 application, six drench. In addition plant-mediated biotransformation, photodegradation compound potential mechanism application.

Some growth and biochemical changes of viola (Viola × wittrockiana) and Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) ornamental plants to freezing stress

Exposure to freezing stress causes physiological, biochemical and molecular changes in plants, that are associated with reduced growth and development. In these areas, sensitive species are removed and the geographical distribution is changed. This study was conducted to evaluate some vegetative and biochemical responses of two cold-resistant ornamental plants, viola (Viola wittrockiana) and Sn...

Genetic Control of Flavanone 3-Hydroxylase Activity and Flavonoid 3'-Hydroxylase Activity in Antirrhinum majus (Snapdragon)

Anthocyanin Biosynthesis, Antirrhinum majus, Flavonoids, Flavanone 3-Hydroxylase, Flavonoid 3'-Hydroxylase, Genetic Control In flower extracts of defined genotypes of Antirrhinum majus, two different hydroxylases were found catalysing the hydroxylation of naringenin and eriodictyol in the 3-position and of naringenin in the 3'-position. The 3-hydroxylase is a soluble enzyme and belongs accordin...

The Xoral volatile, methyl benzoate, from snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) triggers phytotoxic eVects in Arabidopsis thaliana

Previously it has been shown that the Xoral scent of snapdragon Xowers consists of a relatively simple mixture of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These compounds are thought to be involved in the attraction of pollinators; however, little is known about their eVect on other organisms, such as neighboring plants. Here, we report that VOCs from snapdragon Xowers inhibit Arabidopsis root growth...

Oxidation of Flavanones to Flavones with Flower Extracts of Antirrhinum majus (Snapdragon)

Antirrhinum majus, Flavonoid Biosynthesis, Flavanone Oxidase, Apigenin, Luteolin Enzyme preparations from flowers of Antirrhinum majus catalysed the oxidation of naringenin to apigenin and of eriodictyol to luteolin. Enzyme activity was found to be localized in the microsomal fraction. The reaction required NADPH as cofactor and had a pH optimum of about 7.0. The NADPH-dependent microsomal enzy...

New Role of Rosea1 in Regulating Anthocyanin Biosynthetic Pathway in Hairy Root of Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus L.)

We investigated the transcriptional regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in hairy roots system by ectopically expressing Rosea1 and Delila and we found something different from previous research. The RT-PCR results revealed that Rosea1 could activate early and late biosynthetic genes tested, including CHS, DFR and ANS. Delila enhanced the expression of CHS weakly, but did not influence DFR or...
